Workshop Highlights:

• Gain insights into supporting someone struggling with a mental health condition.
• Understand and empathize with individuals facing mental health challenges.
• Explore how differing family perspectives can impact recovery.
• Discover the importance of collaboration between families and providers to promote the best recovery outcomes.

This interactive 3-hour seminar includes:

• Short lectures, group discussions, and exercises.
• A trained presentation team featuring:
  • A person in recovery from a mental health condition.
  • A family member of someone with a mental health condition.
  • A mental health professional with lived experience or family connections.
