District Training Assembly & Budget & Bylaw Votes

All Rotarians are invited to join us for the District Training Assembly (DTA), a day of learning, leadership, and inspiration designed to prepare your club for a successful Rotary year.

Whether you're a current or incoming club officer, a committee chair, or an emerging leader, this event is designed to equip you with the tools, knowledge, and energy to thrive in the year ahead. 

This event will have training for club Secretaries, Treasurers, Membership Chairs, Public Image Chairs, Foundation Chairs, and future club leaders. Everyone is welcome to attend, whether your an incoming officer or not!

This District Training Assembly also encompasses two critical District votes by both the current club President and the President Elect in person:

1. The annual District Budget Vote by the Club President Elect 2026-27: Should the President Elect of your club be unable to attend and cast their vote, they are required to submit a proxy vote form designating a club representative to attend in person and vote on thier behalf. The proxy form will be emailed in advance to all clubs. 

2. The vote for the amended District Bylaws by the CURRENT Club President 2025-26: If the current club president is unable to attend and cast their vote, they are required to submit a proxy vote form designating a club representative to attend in person and vote on thier behalf. The proxy form will be emailed in advance to all clubs.
