To register electronically and make payment by credit card or by check click here

Kindly click on "More" below to view and print the "District Conference Registration Form"  that can be filled out manually.

To register for the District Conference 2014, click on "Go Back" below, on home page scroll down until you see the "Download" section on the left of the page.  Then click on the "Registration Form" to download it to your computer, print it out and follow the Instructions on the bottom of the form.
