The Leadership Meeting will be Online! Note the new day and time: - When: Thursday June 11th 7:15 PM - 8:15 PM
- Where: Zoom Conference Call
- What: District Committee Updates and a vote on budget amendments!
- How: If you RSVP you will receive an automated e-mail with a link and call in phone number to join the Zoom conference.
**If you do not RSVP you will NOT receive the call in information, this is to prevent hacking and other illicit activities that can be done with the call in information if it is given out publicly** |

Director Selection Committee for Zone 32
Our District is entitled to have a representative sit on the nominating committee for Zone Director this year. Unfortunately since the conference was cancelled we must select this representative using "ballot by mail". We had attempted to get an extension however none was granted and we must make the selection by MONDAY June 1st.
** NOTE** Each club only gets one vote |

Proposed 2019-2020 Budget Amendments
At the upcoming District Leadership Meeting we will be voting to amend the District Budget for this year as follows:- To make $20,000 from the President Elect Training Seminar Line Item available to be donated to The Rotary Foundation
- This will be a matching program to encourage Rotarians to donate to The Rotary Foundation this year. Any donation between $100 and $500 will be matched from this fund until it is expended.
- Matching Funds will be sent in the name of the Rotarian being matched
- Any remaining funds will be sent to The Rotary Foundation in the name of District 7255
- Any remaining monies allocated to the 2019-2020 District Conference will be held for the 2020-2021 District Conference to help subsidize the cost of attendance for Rotarians in District 7255
- Any remaining monies allocated to the 2019-2020 RYLA Line item will be rolled over for use in 2020-2021

Rotary Foundation Update
As you would imagine due to the COVID-19 Pandemic the Rotary Foundation has seen a sharp decline in contributions. In our district alone we are down $100,000 compared to last year! If you haven't made a donation to the Foundation this year and you are in a position to do so please consider contributing before the end of June. Contributions recieved by June 30th will help support future District and Global Grant projects. |

- The first dues payment is around the corner
- Please take a moment to review your club roster on Rotary.org to ensure it is up to date as the dues bill is generated from this roster.
- 2019-2020 Expense Reports
- If you have any Rotary related expenses that were approved for reimbursement please be sure to submit them using the appropriate form ASAP.

The Commack-Kings Park Club and the Farmingdale Breakfast Club have teamed up to create a directory of businesses in our district owned or operated by Rotarians to be made available to Rotarians online and in print.
This is a great way to promote your company to like minded individuals who would like to work with another Rotarian but may not be aware of what you do. |
