Where: Sheraton Grand Hotel and Spa Edinburgh
Conference Cost:
- Conference fee = $500pp
- Breakfast Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Cocktail and snacks reception Thursday night
- Two activities (Friday and Saturday afternoon-details to follow)
- Friday night dinner at South Queensferry Rotary- Home Club of RI President Gordon McInally
- Saturday night dinner/gala
- Rotary sessions Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings.
- Incredible interaction with Scottish Rotarians
- Opportunity Pre or Post trip to do a home stay with a Scottish Rotarian
Hotel cost: Pay directly to the hotel. Instructions will be sent once the conference fee is paid.
- 270 pounds per night x 3 nights for a single
- 290 pounds per night x 3 nights for a double

Sample flight:
RT coach to London is roughly $600 and flight from London to Edinburgh is $100 RT
We have secured 50 rooms. If we book all 50 rooms quickly, we can ask for additional rooms but if we delay it is unlikely more rooms will be available as we get closer to the date.
