What is EPIC Day of Service?
On Saturday, May 17, 2025, more than 1,200 Rotary clubs and 36,000 Rotarians across 10 states and 7 countries, from Connecticut to Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, Colorado, and Wyoming in the United States, plus the countries of Bermuda, Brazil, Canada, Australia, The Netherlands and England, will volunteer in their communities for an unprecedented EPIC Day of Service, collecting clothes for homeless, refurbishing parks, and much, much more.
YOU DON'T NEED TO BE A ROTARIAN TO HELP!
If you’ve always wanted to find a way to give back to your community, this is your chance! You don’t have to be in Rotary to volunteer for the Day of Service. Click on the 'FIND A PROJECT’ search bar below, to find the project in your town and sign up. Once you do, your local club will be in touch.

REGISTER YOUR CLUB'S DAY OF SERVICE PROJECT
Only ONE person from each Club, acting as the project organizer, needs to register the Club Project!
The project does NOT need to happen on May 17th to be a part of Day of Service. Any project happening in the month of May qualifies!

How To Use Canva Flyer Templates
Clubs can save the above templates to their own free Canva account and edit the flyer with their project details and personalized photos! There are 17 flyer templates, spanning all different project types, from food drives, park clean-ups, blood drives, planting/gardening, packing events, etc.
If there isn't a flyer template that fits your project category, feel free to edit the flyer to match! We recommend including action photos on the flyer from your previous Day of Service project.
If you are unsure how to use Canva, click the link below to a helpful tutorial from the Canva team.
The webinar linked above goes over how to make edits to the template using a free Canva account! While the webinar was recorded in 2023, the process of making edits to a Canva template is the same as exemplified in the video.
